Commissioning textiles design is always exciting. For both the designer and the client. I can create designs to fit broader design schemes or if a client has specific design ideas they wish to discuss. If you are thinking about commissioning please use the form below. And of course, be aware, commissioning design may carry an additional design process cost. Design is an iterative process and can take time but can be hugely satisfying.

Important information and terms

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Bulky items will be sent via courier and will incur a post and packing cost of £4.95. Smaller items, such as pencil cases, wash bags and zip pouches with be sent via Royal Mail and postage on these items will be free of charge.If you would like to order and are outside the UK please contact me for shipping charges.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

You can pay with Paypal or using a credit or debit card. At checkout you are redirected to Paypal or Stripe – both are secure, established and well respected third party payment platforms. Find out more about them and their security protocols by clicking their logos below.



How long will delivery take?

In stock items will be shipped usually within two working days. Some items are made to order, delivery times are stated on the listing. (Available on back order will appear on the listing) If an item is out of stock I will contact you.

All items are sent by first class post so you should receive your order within three working days.

Larger items are sent by courier and will need to be signed for.

Items sent to Europe will take around five working days, the rest of the world, seven working days, please get in touch before ordering from outside the UK.

What do you do with my Data?

We only keep your information in order to fulfill your order. We do not hold it on this website. When you leave your data is lost. If you’ve signed up for our newsletter then your email address is kept securely in our Mailchimp account, your original email from the website sign up will then be deleted. We do not share your details with anyone else.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

The padlock in the browser window shows you that the site is secure (SSL Certificate). In addition we’ve added other security measures and firewalls. We’ve taken all reasonable steps we can to make the site secure. No payment information is collected or stored on this site. Ordering Lampshades

Most Lampshades are made to order

After selecting the required design click on the drop down menu, select the size and fitting. If ‘available to back order’ appears you are still able to check out. I will then contact you with lead times which will usually be around three weeks.


Lampshades will be sent via courier and will need to be signed for. You will get a notification from the courier company stating day of delivery, and will be notified in the morning of the one hour time slot.


Please be aware that some pigments used may be sensitive to UV light. To keep your products in good condition do not keep in direct sunlight. Clean with a feather duster or low setting on your vacuum cleaner.

Terms and Conditions
I really hope that you are pleased with your order. However, in the unlikely event that you are not, please let me know as soon as you take delivery of the item. 
If the item has been damaged in transit, please let me know straight away.
If the item is in its original state and undamaged, I will accept a return.
Buyer pays for return postage. 
I will arrange collection of large items such as lampshades and the cost of the postage will be deducted from the refund given.
Smaller items such as purses, bags and cushions, buyer must pay for the postage and I will offer a full refund on receipt of the item within ten days of receipt of item.
The buyer must ensure that the item is in its original packaging and packed for return as it was received.
I take care to ensure that the listing on the website is accurate and that the colours are depicted correctly. However, as each item is handprinted individually there will often be a difference in the pattern placement, and there may be slight colour variations.
I urge potential customers to get in touch if they would like more information on a piece, and more information and pictures can be provided on request.
